Our SPF Expeller machine can extract pure Coconut Oil from dried copra without losing any freshness, aroma or its nutrients.
Unfiltered Coconut Oil from the expeller flows into an underground Stainless Steel Tank (A) with a capacity of 1200 liters. Filtration by means of Gravitational Sedimentation happens in this tank. Any copra cake particles settles at the bottom of this tank(A)
By means of a belt driven piston pump, coconut oil from the SS tank (A) is pumped into a filter system where any remaining sediments are collected within its filtration cloth.
Coconut oil from the filter system flows into another underground Stainless Steel Tank (B) with a capacity of 1200 liters. Second phase of Gravitational Sedimentation (Filtration) happens in this tank. Rarely only we can see any sediments in this process as the coconut oil is already filtered.
Coconut oil from tank B is pumped into the final storage tanks with the help of an electric pump.
We have two double compartment stainless steel tanks for final coconut oil storage.
2 x 1000 liter tank & 2 x 1500 liter tanks. Total 5000 litres.
Coconut oil is filled into retail bottles & cans from these tanks and moved into shelves.
